HIV-1-gp120env antibody, Code D7324 - This antibody is being used primarily as a component of research ELISA assays for HIV-1-gp120env. It has also been shown to be suitable for affinity purification of recombinant HIV-1-gp 120 env. Some years ago, Celltech used our antibody for affinity purification of bulk amounts of their recombinant HIV-1IIIBgp120 antigen expressed in CHO cells. We now have available a "DIY" ELISA protocol for detection of HIV-1-gp120 using code D7324 as capture.
HIV-1-p24 and HIV-1-gp120 recombinant antigens, respective codes AG 6054 and BR 6106-b - These recombinant antigens can be used for the preparation of standards for the calibration of our DIY ELISA assays for HIV-1-p24 and HIV-1-gp120
